My name is Renato Mezzelani. I am the founder of theSwissBauCo GmbH. I have been managing the company since 2007 and can therefore look back on a long company history. My expertise as a quality, process and risk manager has developed into a claim and contract manager as well as a certified court expert. I also have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and numerous major projects. 70% of all projects amounted to > 50 million francs and far more, in which I have been active in the Swiss sector over the last few years.
Quality assurance and pre-construction consulting is an increasingly large and important area in which I am called upon. As an internationally sought-after building expert , in addition to consultancy mandates I mainly represent clients. The largest project I was involved in involved a construction volume of 5 billion Swiss francs.
